PeopleCert is seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Associate to join our Language Portfolio team!

As a Product Marketing Associate at LANGUAGECERT, you will support the planning, execution, and analysis of global marketing campaigns that promote our English language qualifications to a diverse international audience, including students, professionals, agents, and institutions. You will work closely with the Marcoms and Digital teams to deliver compelling content, support digital and offline campaigns, and drive engagement across multiple channels. This is a dynamic, hands-on role suited to someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about education, global mobility, and marketing that makes an impact.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the go-to-market strategy for LANGUAGECERT qualifications, ensuring smooth cross-functional execution across departments.
  • Assist in the planning and rollout of marketing campaigns, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and team inputs.
  • Help develop and refine value propositions tailored to target audiences, using data, insights, and customer feedback.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and track market trends to inform product positioning and marketing strategy by channel and region.
  • Contribute to channel-specific marketing strategies to drive product adoption, grow market share, and improve campaign profitability.
  • Support the creation of sales and marketing enablement tools (e.g., brochures, decks, product guides) for internal teams and global partners.
  • Work cross-functionally to communicate product value propositions to sales teams and support the selling process.
  • Coordinate with creative, digital, content, and events teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive, impactful, and on-brand across all touchpoints.

What We Look For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a strong plus.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a product marketing, marcoms, or campaign coordination role (internships included), ideally in multinational environments.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Solid understanding of customer journeysuser behaviour, and conversion funnels.
  • Familiarity with full-funnel marketing strategies, from awareness through to retention and advocacy.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) at C2-level fluency; LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certification is a plus.
  • Advanced digital literacy; ECDL Advanced certification is desirable.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and align diverse teams toward shared goals.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and eagerness to learn.
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural, fast-paced, and global team environment.
  • Experience supporting global marketing or partner networks is highly desirable.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and campaign optimisation ideas.
  • Strong storytelling, visual thinking, and a commercial mindset.
  • Experience in the education, testing, or edtech industry is a plus.

Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)

Any person who is engaged by PeopleCert to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background Check (the results of which must be acceptable to PeopleCert and the HO) prior to commencing their SELT duties. All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by PeopleCert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared.

If working on the SELT service in the UK, background checks will include:

  • A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check
  • Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality, identity and place of residence)
  • HO security check (Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist Check (CTC)
  • Financial background check
  • Employment reference check.
  • If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK.

In addition, if personnel are required to speak to SELT candidates they must be appropriately skilled in English language and, where SELT services are provided anywhere in the world (outside of the UK), the official language of the relevant country.
