The Role

As a key member of Cubic’s marketing team, the Senior Product Marketing Manager will own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution for Cubic’s products and services. This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise buying audiences, market trends, and the ability to act as the bridge between product, sales, and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, an expert in messaging, and adept at driving adoption and revenue growth through effective GTM execution.

In this role, you will serve as the driving force behind product launches, ensuring effective collaboration across teams to position Cubic’s offerings as market-leading solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • GTM Strategy Development: Build and execute successful go-to-market strategies for Cubic’s product portfolio to drive revenue growth and market differentiation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management, sales, and marketing teams to align on messaging, positioning, and execution plans.
  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop compelling, customer-centric value propositions and messaging frameworks tailored to key buyer personas and market needs. A big focus of this role will be drafting compelling content, messaging and narratives around our products so strong writing skills will be important.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with impactful messaging, collateral, presentations, and playbooks to accelerate deal cycles and adoption.
  • Product Launches & Campaigns: Lead successful product launches, including marketing plans, collateral creation, and campaign strategies.
  • Market & Customer Insights: Work with insights resource to shape and conduct market research, competitive analysis, and persona development to inform product strategy and GTM planning.
  • Integrated Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with digital, campaign, content, and communications teams to drive product awareness and adoption through integrated campaigns.
  • KPI Tracking & Reporting: Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for GTM initiatives and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in a Senior product marketing or GTM strategy role within B2B enterprise environments, ideally in technology or telecommunications.
  • B2B Expertise: Proven track record in supporting enterprise sales and marketing motions, with an understanding of complex buying cycles.
  • Customer-Focused: Ability to craft customer-centric messaging that clearly articulates value and addresses buyer pain points.
  • Collaboration Skills: Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and alignment across product, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Messaging & Content: Strong storytelling skills in developing product positioning, value propositions, and impactful collateral (e.g., messaging frameworks, demo videos data sheets, reports, web copy etc).
  • Project Management: Solid experience in managing GTM workflows, launches, and cross-functional projects with tight deadlines.
  • Strategic Mindset: A results-driven approach, with the ability to prioritize initiatives that deliver the greatest business impact.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Detail-Oriented: Highly organized with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality output.
  • Self Starter: A track record of working autonomously and driving projects forward with relevant stakeholder.
