Here’s what you’ll do:
  • Shape how we tell our product story
Own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across key industries, customer segments, personas, and markets. You’ll make sure our story is clear, relevant, and consistent while adapting it to local market needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Know the market and help us stay ahead of it
Keep a close eye on market trends, emerging opportunities, and the competitive landscape. You’ll dig into how competitors position, price, and bring their products to market, then turn those insights into clear differentiation and actionable recommendations for Product and Marketing.
  • Bring the customer perspective into the room
Use customer feedback, journey data, and performance insights to understand what customers need, where they experience friction, and what drives value. You’ll translate those insights into stronger product priorities and campaigns that support adoption, retention, and growth.
  • Turn product launches into market moments
Lead go-to-market strategy for new products and features across priority segments and geographies. You’ll partner with Growth Marketing on campaigns and demand generation, while giving Sales the tools they need to succeed from training and presentations to case studies and persona-specific messaging.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn complex products and ideas into clear, compelling messages.
  • Experience partnering across Product, Sales, Growth, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Confidence working with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and other marketing tools.

  • Become part of a global B2B SaaS identity company where your contributions truly make an impact- a high-performing, people-first culture that values growth, fosters learning, and rewards success.
