As a Product Manager in Learnosity's Authoring domain, you'll help build the tools, APIs, and workflows that educators, assessment creators, content teams, and developers use to create learning experiences for millions of learners worldwide.

You'll work at the intersection of product innovation, developer platforms, AI-powered workflows, and large-scale assessment technology, helping customers create better content faster while shaping the future of assessment authoring.

Authoring sits at the foundation of everything Learnosity delivers.

Before a learner takes an assessment, before results are analysed, before learning outcomes are measured, someone has to create the content. The products you'll help shape make that possible.

This role combines the challenge of maintaining and evolving mature platform capabilities with the opportunity to rethink how content creation works in an AI-enabled world.

You'll help educators, publishers, assessment organisations, and developers create richer learning experiences while influencing the future direction of one of the most widely used assessment authoring platforms in education technology.

Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid – minimum 1 day per week in office)

Reports to: VP Product, Australia

Working Pattern: Regular collaboration across Europe, Australia, and North America, including recurring out-of-hours meetings.

• Take ownership of key areas within Learnosity's Authoring product portfolio and develop a deep understanding of how customers create and manage assessment content.
• Deliver valuable new capabilities that improve authoring workflows for educators, content creators, and developers.
• Successfully balance customer requests, strategic initiatives, platform improvements, technical debt, and maintenance activities.
• Partner closely with Engineering and Design teams to take features from discovery through delivery and release.
• Build strong customer feedback loops and use customer insights and product data to influence roadmap priorities.
• Support the successful rollout and adoption of new authoring capabilities across the platform.
• Contribute to the adoption of AI-enabled product development practices and help identify opportunities for AI-powered authoring experiences.
• Build trusted relationships across Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Support, and Sales teams.

• Running discovery sessions with customers to understand content creation challenges and workflow bottlenecks.
• Collaborating with Engineers and Designers to refine upcoming features and platform improvements.
• Reviewing customer feedback, product analytics, and adoption metrics.
• Prioritising roadmap initiatives, platform enhancements, technical debt, and maintenance work.
• Demonstrating new capabilities to customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
• Working with Customer Success and Support teams to understand customer needs and emerging opportunities.
• Exploring how AI can improve content creation, workflow efficiency, and product development processes.

• Public APIs and developer-facing products.
• Content authoring and workflow management platforms.
• Product discovery and customer research methodologies.
• Agile software development teams.
• AI-assisted product development workflows.
• Product analytics and customer feedback platforms.
• Cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Support, and Sales.

• 3+ years' experience in Product Management or a similar product-focused role.
• Experience working with API products or developer-focused products.
• Experience working with mature software products operating at scale.
• Strong technical literacy and understanding of modern web applications.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong product judgement and ability to balance customer, business, and technical priorities.
• AI literacy and enthusiasm for using AI to improve product development and decision-making.

• Experience in EdTech or educational environments.
• Experience as an educator, content creator, instructional designer, or working closely with learning products.
• Passion for accessibility and inclusive product design.
• Experience working within SaaS, platform-based, or developer-focused software environments.
