Design, implement, and support Learnosity's Workforce product; lead planning and delivery, diagnose complex issues, develop robust backend architectures, write tests, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with product and design to build AI-enabled educational features.

Build and deploy AI capabilities (agents, copilots, RAG, automations) across business functions. Translate business problems into technical solutions, integrate systems, document reusable components, and drive adoption through training and handoffs. Support tool evaluation, security/privacy considerations, and share learnings across the Transformation team.

Own new-logo enterprise sales across Europe for Learnosity's assessment API platform. Manage full sales cycle, build and qualify pipeline, engage technical and commercial stakeholders, negotiate contracts, collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Product, maintain Salesforce forecasts, and hit a $500k new-logo ARR quota.

Own full sales cycle for new-logo B2B deals (typically $30K–$50K ARR): outbound prospecting, qualify inbound leads, run discovery/demos, close deals, maintain 3x pipeline, update Salesforce, escalate deals >$50K, and feed market/AI intelligence to GTM leadership.

Lead three engineering pods to architect and deliver a new corporate EdTech product. Coach Lead Engineers, drive architecture and technical decisions, coordinate across product and design, improve engineering processes, and ensure security, reliability, and delivery of high-quality AI-enabled software at scale.
