  • Define key metrics and methodologies for Marketing, CRM and Product analytics, align them with overall business goals, and assist in efficient decision-making;

  • Identify opportunities and issues through data analysis, bring insights, and present them in an easy, actionable way;

  • Work independently and autonomously, collaborating closely across Marketing, CRM, and Product to provide regular updates on the effectiveness of all marketing channels on the acquisition pipeline;

  • Maintain data integrity from various sources, actively challenge and improve existing data flows;

  • Contribute to the enhancement of accuracy, reliability, and overall data quality;
  • Develop user-friendly Tableau dashboards to monitor primary KPIs, both existing and new;

  • Recommend innovative ideas for optimising marketing performance and efficiency;
  • Lead automated reporting for timely and accurate information delivery.

Experience you’ll need to bring:
  • At least 2 years of analytical experience, preferably in B2C product analytics;

  •  Advanced proficiency in SQL;

  •  Proficiency in Tableau or similar tools;

  •  Solid statistical knowledge and experience in using statistics to analyse complex data;

  •  Familiarity with GIT and Airflow is a plus;

  •  Experience with Python libraries is also a plus;

  •  At least an Intermediate level of English.
