Define key metrics and methodologies for Marketing, CRM and Product analytics, align them with overall business goals, and assist in efficient decision-making;
Identify opportunities and issues through data analysis, bring insights, and present them in an easy, actionable way;
Work independently and autonomously, collaborating closely across Marketing, CRM, and Product to provide regular updates on the effectiveness of all marketing channels on the acquisition pipeline;
Maintain data integrity from various sources, actively challenge and improve existing data flows;
- Contribute to the enhancement of accuracy, reliability, and overall data quality;
Develop user-friendly Tableau dashboards to monitor primary KPIs, both existing and new;
- Recommend innovative ideas for optimising marketing performance and efficiency;
Lead automated reporting for timely and accurate information delivery.
At least 2 years of analytical experience, preferably in B2C product analytics;
Advanced proficiency in SQL;
Proficiency in Tableau or similar tools;
Solid statistical knowledge and experience in using statistics to analyse complex data;
Familiarity with GIT and Airflow is a plus;
Experience with Python libraries is also a plus;
- At least an Intermediate level of English.
