This is Catapult, a Global Experience Agency. We’ve been delivering big ideas and big ambitions for over 27 years, pushing the boundaries for audiences and maximising the potential of every experience for clients.

We specialise in experience strategy, connected creativity and complex production at scale. We create new ways for brands to connect in culture, in communities and in person. Working across cultural lines, from artistic and environmental to popular and political, our business is to make brands human.

Through imagination, invention and accuracy we’ve earned the trust of governments, global brands and organisations shaping the world.  Some of these include UEFA, Williams F1, The Global Fund, FIFA, Mastercard, Universal Music, Diageo, United Nations, Wall Street Journal and Puma.

As people, we’re all in, with our clients, our audiences and each other. We operate from Dublin, London, New York,  LA,  Doha and Riyadh and work with clients all over the world. Check out what we do HERE.

We are seeking a Producer to join our team!

This is a role at the heart of how an experience becomes real. You'll work alongside the creative and design from early on, always hunting for the ways and means to bring a concept to life,  improving the idea itself as you do. Production here isn't the step after the thinking; it's part of it. You'll develop how the experience is made, partner with design on feasibility, and then run an organised project plan, budget, suppliers, risk, and deadline, from concept approval through showrunning and wrap.

Who we are looking for

  • 3+ years' relevant experience, preferably in an events or experience agency, with a minimum of 1.5 years in your previous role.

  • Has run and showrun live experiences with budgets of €70k+ as the project lead

  • Hands-on delivery across at least 3 of: brand experience, corporate conferences, festival activations, sports sponsorship and brand stunts.

  • Strong production knowledge, site and facilities, stage sets, room design, event flow, build, and capacity planning.

  • Confident managing clients directly: handling difficult conversations, managing expectations, and building strong relationships.

  • Excellent on budgeting  and project management.

  • Able to run medium-sized events with minimal direction from senior producers.
