  • Contribute actively to project meetings with clear, timely updates at every phase
  • Flag risks or delays early and escalate to senior team members where needed
  • Build positive working relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams - integrating naturally into client-side environments while representing the studio with professionalism
  • Support basic budget administration - including purchase orders and invoice tracking - under guidance from senior team members

What you need to be great in this role:

  • Experience supporting production across social and digital content, print, and POS
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Clear, proactive communication style and a collaborative approach to working across creative, production, and client teams
  • Confidence engaging with client stakeholders and contributing to productive working relationships
  • Familiarity with project management or production tools such as Monday.com, Workfront, Frame.io, or similar

  • Basic proficiency with Gen AI tools relevant to production workflows
  • Genuine curiosity about how AI can improve efficiency and support creative output
