Role Overview

We are hiring a Procurement Operations Manager based in Dublin to join the Finance team and contribute to Harvey’s global financial operations processes. This role is responsible for building and driving procurement operations, systems, and processes to optimize costs, simplify the buying experience, and drive value across the organization. You won’t just manage processes – you’ll build a scalable source-to-pay engine, leverage cutting-edge tools, and ensure our teams have what they need to buy well at speed.

What You'll Do

Procurement Systems & Infrastructure

  • Own and optimize Harvey’s integrated procurement platforms (Zip, Ramp, Navan), eliminating silos and improving the end-user buying experience.

  • Diagnose gaps and inefficiencies within the source-to-pay lifecycle; engineer high-impact solutions that ensure consistency, speed, and long-term scalability.

  • Architect and deploy the workflows required to support Harvey’s rapid growth, ensuring systems scale alongside an expanding global footprint.

Sourcing & Vendor Management

  • Lead the design and execution of sourcing processes that empower teams to move fast while maintaining rigorous standards for cost management and operational excellence.

  • Maintain the contract renewal calendar and lead vendor negotiations; turn external partnerships into strategic advantages that drive measurable savings.

  • Build and maintain vendor scorecards; track SLAs, manage escalations, and ensure high-quality vendor partnerships across the organization.

Process, Policy & Change Management

  • Develop procurement playbooks, policies, and training materials from scratch; own the full change management lifecycle including documentation and communication strategies.

  • Accelerate organizational efficiency by reducing cycle times and leading the seamless rollout of procurement policies and tools.

  • Partner with cross-functional leadership to align procurement systems and processes with Harvey’s growth trajectory.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and manage dashboards tracking spend, compliance, and cycle times that empower Finance leadership to make data-driven decisions with confidence.

  • Harness procurement analytics to provide a clear, real-time view of Harvey’s financial commitments and savings performance.

What You Have
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or finance operations.

  • Hands-on operator experience with modern procurement and spend tools — Zip, Ramp, Coupa, Navan, Airbase, or similar — including configuration, workflow design, and admin.

  • AI fluency – you actively use AI tools in your work.

  • Proven ability to build process and structure in ambiguous, fast-moving environments without over-engineering.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with a track record of partnering effectively with Finance, Legal, Security, IT, and senior business stakeholders.

  • Comfort operating across time zones, including regular collaboration with a US-based Head of Procurement and global stakeholders.
