What does this role entail?

In this exciting and impactful role, you will contribute primarily to our Enterprise Risk Management and ESG programmes, supporting the way the organisation identifies, manages, and reports on risk while advancing our sustainability objectives.

You’ll work cross-functionally with stakeholders to support risk coordination, ESG initiatives, and governance activities, while also contributing to the ongoing development of our Business Continuity Planning (BCP) framework. This is a strong opportunity to gain broad exposure across enterprise risk, ESG, and organisational resilience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience or academic background in Enterprise Risk Management and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance).
  • Familiarity with risk and control frameworks such as ISO 31000, ISO 22301, NIST, SOC 2, or ISO 27001.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight, taking direction and proactively progressing tasks and deliverables to completion.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex risk and ESG topics into clear, actionable insights.
  • High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Preferred (nice to have):

  • A self-starter with a proactive mindset and a strong willingness to learn and develop across enterprise risk, ESG, and resilience.
  • Demonstrated interest in ESG, sustainability, and responsible business practices.
  • An interest in working across a variety of programmes and gaining exposure to different areas of risk and governance before specialising.
  • Comfortable working in a supporting, cross-functional role, collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation.
