We are hiring a Principal Engineering Manager to join our mission of securing access to world’s online resources by building and operating a PKI platform with world class fundamentals that makes Entra and Azure customers the most secure and productive in the world. Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a team of 8-10 high performing engineers.
- Mentor, coach, hire, retain and grow top talent.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership: architecture, design, code reviews, development, quality assurance and live site.
- Maintain and grow large scale authorization systems while driving security and resiliency efforts.
- Partner with Product Management to meet immediate and longer-term business objectives.
- Collaborate across partner teams in Microsoft.
- Foster a healthy and inclusive team environment.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related technical discipline AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
- Experience as an engineering manager, or a technical lead with a passion for coaching and mentoring others.

Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Software Engineering M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Ireland is € 99,800.00 - € 172,400.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
