Responsibilities

As a Principal Business Architect, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology leaders, helping shape and deliver AI-powered business transformation strategies. 

You will work across customers, account teams, engineers, consultants, and solution specialists to identify high-value opportunities, build transformation roadmaps, design operating models, and ensure AI investments are aligned to measurable business outcomes. By bridging business priorities and technology capabilities, you will help organizations successfully navigate change and realize the full potential of AI. 

This role is ideal for experienced business transformation leaders, strategists, and consultants who are passionate about AI, thrive in complex environments, and enjoy partnering with executives to solve meaningful business challenges.

Required Qualifications 

  • Experience in business architecture, management consulting, enterprise transformation, or strategic advisory roles. 

  • Proven track record delivering complex business transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes. 

  • Strong understanding of AI, digital transformation, business processes, and organisational change. 

  • Experience engaging executive stakeholders and influencing decisions across business and technology domains. 

  • Outstanding communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills. 

  • Demonstrated thought leadership and the ability to lead through influence in complex, matrixed organisations.



Solution Architecture IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across Romania is lei 437,700.00 - lei 877,200.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.

Solution Architecture IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across Ireland is € 101,100.00 - € 213,700.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.

Solution Architecture IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across United Kingdom is £ 89,300.00 - £ 200,500.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.

Solution Architecture IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across Sweden is kr 947,000.00 - kr 2,332,000.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
