Join our dynamic team as a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect, where you’ll collaborate with internal teams and clients to design innovative solutions and help shape the future of our clients' digital, data, or cloud journeys.
As a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect, you will be at the forefront of designing cutting-edge solutions for our clients, combining your technical expertise with a deep understanding of business needs. You will play a key role in Amach’s growth, becoming part of a new team crafting high-level solutions, guiding clients through the proposal process, and ensuring that each solution is tailored to drive innovation and success.
You will collaborate with sales teams, product and customers, translating technical requirements into actionable strategies, while staying ahead of the latest technology trends to deliver exceptional value and support driving new requirements into the product roadmap.
Key responsibilities & duties include:
- Collaborate with sales, product and technical teams to create high-level design, SoW’s proposals that align with client objectives and business strategies
- Create conceptual designs through engagement with clients and technical teams
- Participate in client meetings to understand business and technical requirements, present solutions, and offer insights into best architecture practices
- Lead technical workshops and deliver presentations, ensuring clear communication of proposed solutions to stakeholders at all levels
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends to offer innovative, competitive solutions
- Lead the technical aspects of the bid process, from strategy to execution, including developing solution strategies, writing proposals, and creating costing models
- Drive customer engagement throughout the solution design phase, ensuring alignment between client needs and the proposed architecture
- Support the product team and roadmap with continuous customer feedback to ensure Amach stays relevant in the market
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience in designing high-level solutions as part of sales proposals, with a focus on cloud, digital, and/or data architecture
- Proven experience in client engagement, including participating in sales meetings to understand client challenges and technical requirements
- Broad technical expertise across multiple cloud platforms, particularly in designing and delivering multi-cloud solutions, with experience as an Architect
- Experience leading or contributing to large-scale migration or implementation projects, with strong hands-on experience in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Deep understanding of bid processes, including commercial implications, finance models, and overall project costing
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to present technical solutions clearly to clients and stakeholders at all levels
- Commercial awareness to effectively articulate the business impacts of technical decisions
