Personal Lines New Business Administrator

We are seeking to recruit a renewals administrator for our personal lines team in our Dublin office. The role will consist of providing administration support to our Personal Lines New Business team on car, home & van insurance. Cross sales referrals for both the Life & Pensions and Health arms of our business is expected. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, motivated and disciplined individual with a positive can-do attitude

Key Responsibilities

  • Back office administrative support to the New Business Team for car, home & van insurance
  • Dealing with customer queries and delivering excellent Customer Service
  • Ensuring all data input to the highest quality standard
  • Making files fully compliant in line with CPC guidelines

Qualifications

  • CIP, APA Personal General or grandfathered qualification would be an advantage but we will accept trainees

Skills/Knowledge 

  • RELAY system an advantage 
  • Persuasion and influencing skills.
  • Customer retention skills

 

Experience Required

  • 2+ years insurance experience in a brokerage would be an advantage
  • Be committed to provide a high level of service to customers & potential customers
