Personal Lines New Business Administrator
We are seeking to recruit a renewals administrator for our personal lines team in our Dublin office. The role will consist of providing administration support to our Personal Lines New Business team on car, home & van insurance. Cross sales referrals for both the Life & Pensions and Health arms of our business is expected. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, motivated and disciplined individual with a positive can-do attitude
Key Responsibilities
- Back office administrative support to the New Business Team for car, home & van insurance
- Dealing with customer queries and delivering excellent Customer Service
- Ensuring all data input to the highest quality standard
- Making files fully compliant in line with CPC guidelines
Qualifications
- CIP, APA Personal General or grandfathered qualification would be an advantage but we will accept trainees
Skills/Knowledge
- RELAY system an advantage
- Persuasion and influencing skills.
- Customer retention skills
Experience Required
- 2+ years insurance experience in a brokerage would be an advantage
