Job Description

What You’ll Do as a People Services Advisor

In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets and departments. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for People & Culture queries, providing expert support and guidance to colleagues and managers.
  • Manage onboarding activities, including offer processing, onboarding coordination, and ensuring a seamless employee experience.
  • Process HR transactions accurately and in line with policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and service level agreements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across P&C, GBS, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition to ensure efficient and consistent service delivery.
  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy, confidentiality, and GDPR compliance while managing employee records and documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements, maintaining knowledge resources, and helping implement new systems and workflows.

  • Previous experience working in an operational HR role, shared service, or colleague support role
  • Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and policies
  • Ability to resolve issues and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Experience with HR systems and technologies and high-volume P&C queries
  • Knowledge of relevant employment legislations
