Responsibilities:
• Taking care of employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, off boarding, employee engagement projects, documentation and communication with employees and introducing talent retention ideas and policies in line with company processes
• Identify and assess the HR needs of the business, and developing and implementing strategies to meet those needs
• Managing and sharing employee reports with the team and stakeholders on a regular basis
• Supporting Hiring mandates as per business requirements
• Acting as a point of contact and support for employees on HR-related matters such as policies, benefits, and grievances
• You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve processes, procedures, and systems driving efficiency, and effectiveness across the department
• Managing employee relations and ensuring a positive work environment for all employees
• Creating a strong employer brand image for organization
Requirements:
• Graduation in any discipline, Post-Graduation in HR or psychology is preferred
• 3-6 years of experience in HR business partner or HR Operations role preferably in a BPO environment
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws & regulations, Talent Management, Hiring specifics, performance and wellbeing initiatives
• Should be able to work independently and take end to end accountability for employee lifecycle
• Effective stakeholder management, relationship-building, and consulting expertise
• Excellent in written and spoken English
• Strong data management and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of market intelligence Capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Available to work from office based in Andheri East, Mumbai
