Help shape a seamless and data-driven employee experience across CarTrawler. As part of our collaborative People Experience team, this role combines HR operations, systems expertise and people analytics to support employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle. From onboarding and payroll administration to workforce reporting and HR systems optimisation, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our People processes are accurate, efficient and scalable. You’ll work closely with teams across the business to turn people data into meaningful insights that support smarter decisions, stronger performance and a better employee experience for all.

What you’ll do as a People Experience Administrator

  • Deliver a smooth and consistent employee experience across onboarding, employee changes and offboarding processes
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, supporting HR systems, policies and people-related queries
  • Maintain and optimise employee data within HR systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance and strong data governance
  • Support the monthly payroll process by coordinating updates, changes and related administration in a timely and accurate manner
  • Create and maintain HR dashboards, reports and workforce insights using tools such as Excel and Power BI
  • Analyse trends across engagement, attrition, hiring, absence and performance to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support performance and development processes, including review cycles, probation tracking and completion monitoring
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across HR operations, systems and reporting capabilities
  • Collaborate closely with the wider People team and business stakeholders to support strategic People initiatives
  • Explore opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, reporting and decision-making across People operations

What you’ll bring to the team

  • 3+ years’ experience in HR administration, People Operations, HR analytics or a similar People-focused role
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting and presenting workforce data and insights
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience using reporting or visualisation tools such as Power BI
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems, ideally including HiBob and Lever
  • Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality and continuous improvement
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to support employees and managers across all levels
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • A collaborative and proactive mindset with a passion for improving employee experience and operational excellence
  • Familiarity with engagement surveys, workforce metrics and people analytics methodologies is an advantage
  • Relevant qualification in HR, Business, Analytics or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
