Build and optimize scalable data pipelines, models, data products, and data applications using Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, AWS, SQL, and Python. Ensure data quality through testing, documentation, and standardized ETL/ELT practices. Optimize warehouse performance, scalability, and cost efficiency while troubleshooting data processes and partnering with Product and Technology engineering teams.

Build and evolve Salesforce Service Cloud, Agentforce, AI agents, customer channels, and resilient integrations. Develop Apex, SOQL, Flow, and Lightning Web Components solutions; configure Omni-Channel; implement automation, monitoring, testing, and release practices; and evaluate AI performance using operational data. Partner with customer contact and technology teams to translate business needs into secure, scalable solutions while deciding appropriately between Salesforce configuration, custom development, deterministic automation, and generative AI.

Analyze complex customer and business datasets, translate findings into actionable insights, and own key reporting and dashboards. The role develops automated and self-service reporting, supports forecasting, trains colleagues in data interpretation, and explores AI-enabled insights, alerts, and workflows. Success requires strong Excel or Google Sheets and SQL skills, data visualization experience, collaborative communication, and an interest in AI and automation.

Provides end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, absence management, payroll coordination, HR systems administration, reporting, and process improvement. Maintains accurate employee data in HiBob, creates people dashboards, supports managers and employees, and identifies opportunities to improve workflows through technology and AI.

Build and maintain tools, services, platforms, and Python libraries supporting data science and machine learning solutions. Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and business teams; contribute to deployment pipelines, testing, monitoring, performance improvements, proof-of-concept projects, and reliable cloud-based systems using Python, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Analyze large datasets using SQL to identify pricing, supply, market, competitor, and demand trends. Develop pricing and revenue optimization strategies for car rental and insurance products, build dashboards in Tableau or Power BI, and translate insights into practical commercial improvements. Collaborate with Revenue, Supply, Trading, Data Science, and Engineering teams to improve forecasting, pricing models, profitability, and business performance.

Leads multiple complex technology projects from ideation through delivery, managing plans, scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, resources, budgets, stakeholders, and project changes. Drives cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, and business teams, communicates status, resolves issues, improves project management processes, and mentors junior team members.

Owns the engineering and evolution of digital behavioral telemetry, web telemetry, RUM, and conversion data. Designs event taxonomies, schemas, contracts, data models, and governed data products supporting analytics and conversion measurement. Partners with product and engineering teams on instrumentation, observability, data quality, privacy, testing, and lifecycle controls. Serves as the senior technical subject matter expert for telemetry and behavioral data while enabling analysts and stakeholders to use trusted data products.

Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning; deliver monthly performance reporting and analysis; build integrated financial models and scenario plans; partner with senior stakeholders to drive financial accountability; champion automation, AI and BI tools; improve financial data governance; monitor market trends; and lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team.
