As Tines expands in EMEA building on early initial success and wins we are making a deliberate investment to significantly expand our presence within the DACH Channel ecosystem. Tines is recruiting a Partner Sales Manager to join the Partnerships team who has proven experience of recruiting the best, most collaborative partners, who can embed Tines into thoughtful joint go to market activations, and navigate the complexity and nuances of the DACH market segment in tight collaborations with our Go To Market teams. In this role, you will build on the deep business and technical relationships with Tines DACH Partners through your extensive knowledge of the environment and network in the industry.This is a remote role that requires regular travel to Germany and Switzerland to meet with partners support our field efforts in the region.
Location: Ireland 

  • You will serve as the internal thought leader on all aspects of third party Go to Market within the DACH Channel.
  • You will bring a desire to work closely to drive individual opportunities forward in lock step with the sales and sales engineering teams as well as developing holistic and strategic Partner plans with a select group of focus Partners.
  • Your understanding of best practices with regard to “showing up” in the market through person to person marketing, events, and integrated campaigns will help inform the EMEA Partner Marketing strategy and execution.

What you will be doing:

  • Identifying strategic partners for Tines
  • Focus on growing Tines’ business opportunities within the VAR/Reseller, and Systems Integrator partner channels.
  • Increase the number of partner-sourced opportunities/deal registrations.
  • Work cross functionally with sales, marketing and sales operations
  • Drive engagement, attendance and enablement at customer and partner events
  • Requires a collaborative team player with high energy, drive and determination to build a world class growth engine with and through our Partners.

What you bring with you:

  • Proven experience working with DACH security and IT customers as a Channel / Partner Sales Manager, Technical Sales Executive demonstrating a history of success while working for a Tier I Cloud/SaaS company.
  • 3+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
  • 5+ years of strong industry experience and demonstrated the ability to think and act strategically.
  • Experience with executive writing, speaking, communication, and presentation skills – small and large group presentations.
  • Self sufficient organisationally, working with decks, data and documents to a senior executive standard.
  • Ability to travel as needed up to 40%.
  • Proficient in Salesforce
  • Experience in creating business development plans and tracking key performance indicators rigourously.
  • A player coach who can pivot between hands on one to one Partner sales and strategic planning for an ecosystem.
  • Bilingual in English and German (business-fluent in German)
