We are hiring a talented Paid Media Manager to design, deploy and report on paid media programs across the GoTo portfolio of products. We're looking for a self-starter with a deep understanding of the digital marketing mix, who will leverage prior experience to bring new and exciting campaigns to life. The right fit is someone who learns quickly, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves to dive into data to solve problems. 

Your Day to Day    

As a Paid Media Manager, you would be working on: 

  • Execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns spanning paid social media, programmatic, remarketing, and video  

  • Partner with internal and external team members to build full-funnel marketing plans to support product growth strategy  

  • Pull and analyze data using multiple sources (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.) to make informed decisions to optimize/accelerate digital campaigns 

  • Manage quarterly budgets, including PO’s, contracts, and invoices 

What We’re Looking For   

As a Paid Media Manager, your background will look like: 

  • BA/BS in Marketing or related field required  

  • 2-3 years in paid digital marketing or related field   

  • Strong analytical skills. Experience with Google Analytics, Tableau, and Salesforce

  • Experience driving successful multi-channel paid media programs 

  • Project management skills with a focus on attention to detail, organization, and exceptional communication skills (interpersonal, written and verbal)   

  • Advanced communication skills in English both written and spoken (above 85%)

Internal candidates:

  • 1 year tenure in current role
  • No active DPs or commitment letters in the last 6 months
  • KPIs on target in the last three months
