Job Description

What You’ll Do

We want you to feel challenged and inspired. Here, you’ll develop your skills across a range of responsibilities:

  • Build trusted relationships with leaders and stakeholders, providing expert People & Culture guidance and support aligned to business goals.
  • Partner with managers to effectively handle employee relations matters, including performance, conduct and grievance issues, while coaching them on people management best practice.
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition to attract, select and retain top talent, supporting recruitment activities where required.
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive colleague experience from onboarding through to development, engagement and offboarding.
  • Use people data and insights to identify trends, inform decision-making and support the delivery of targeted people initiatives and training.
  • Partner with business leaders on talent management, succession planning and colleague development to build future capability.
  • Lead and support the delivery of People & Culture projects, programmes and annual people initiatives that drive engagement, retention and organisational performance.
  • Support employee engagement activities, helping leaders develop and implement action plans that strengthen team engagement and culture.
  • Collaborate with People Services and Centres of Excellence to ensure effective implementation of policies, processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR, coaching and partnering line managers.
  • Degree in HR or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven exposure to employee relations, performance management and talent management agendas.
  • Proven ability in developing effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to analyse data and translate insights into meaningful actions.
