Manage the daily operations of the outbound team;
Monitor team performance and ensure KPI achievement;
Conduct 1:1 meetings, team meetings, and regular performance reviews;
Analyze team and campaign results to identify trends, weaknesses, and growth opportunities;
Provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations to management;
Support agents with coaching, guidance, and performance improvement plans, onboarding;
Create and improve communication scripts and outbound approaches when needed;
Help optimize workflows, processes, and communication strategies;
Maintain high standards of communication quality and team efficiency.
Previous experience as a Supervisor in an outbound call center, sales, retention, or customer support environment;
- Experience in iGaming industry;
Strong understanding of sales communication and outbound operations;
Analytical mindset with the ability to work with KPIs and performance data;
Leadership skills and experience managing a team;
English level - at least Upper-Intermediate.
Ability to take ownership and work independently;
Proactive approach and problem-solving mindset;
