Job summary
The Order Management Representative is responsible for managing the full order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely processing of customer orders, contracts, subscriptions and billing activities. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, Sales, Finance and internal teams to support seamless revenue operations
What you will do

  • Review customer contracts and purchase orders to ensure alignment with approved terms and pricing
  • Process orders accurately and in compliance with internal policies
  • Validate purchase orders against contracts and quotes
  • Manage cases from internal and external stakeholders
  • Track, prioritize and resolve issues within defined service levels
  • Provide billing support to customers and internal teams
  • Ensure invoices are generated accurately and on time
  • Ensure subscriptions are processed, renewed and amended correctly
  • Process order amendments and terminations accurately
  • Prepare monthly usage report to support month end billings
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Support and other departments

What you will have

  • Relevant qualification with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within a technology company
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on service excellence
  • Exceptional attention to detail with well-developed organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well across teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong working knowledge of Excel
  • Flexibility to attend meetings outside of standard working hours when required

Nice to have

  • Experience with Order management, billing or revenue operations
  • Proficiency with NetSuite, SalesForce
