About this opportunity:
We are now looking for a passionate fresh graduate to join our RF TRX Design team as an RF TRX Design Engineer. In this role, you will contribute to the development of radio frequency transceiver solutions for wireless communication products. You will work across requirement analysis, hardware design, simulation, testing and optimization, supporting high-quality design deliveries and continuous product performance improvement.
What you will do:
  • Analyze RF project requirements and translate them into clear design objectives.
  • Support RF hardware circuit design, including specification breakdown, frequency planning, link budget analysis and component selection.
  • Create schematic designs, prepare Bill of Materials and support PCB layout activities to ensure design requirements are met.
  • Perform board-level simulations, including isolation, input/output matching, line loss and cavity resonance analysis.
  • Conduct component-level and link-level testing, analyze results and optimize designs to achieve performance targets.
  • Prepare design and evaluation documentation to ensure traceability and support standardized ways of working.
  • Troubleshoot design issues and collaborate with team members to secure expected functionality and product quality.

The skills you bring:
  • Master's degree or above in Microwave Engineering, Electromagnetic Field and Wireless Technology, Electronic Information Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Basic understanding of RF circuit design principles, design flow and wireless communication systems.
  • Familiarity with RF simulation tools, test equipment and commonly used RF components such as power amplifiers, mixers and filters.
  • Good analytical thinking, learning agility and problem-solving capability.
  • Strong collaboration mindset and clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Relevant internship or project experience in RF design is considered a merit.
