We are seeking an experienced .NET Technical Lead with proficiency in Angular or React to join our team. This role involves shaping technical direction, advocating for high-quality engineering practices, and delivering exceptional solutions in an agile setting. As a Technical Lead, you will mentor developers, engage with senior stakeholders, and ensure adherence to best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
About the Role:
- Support, guide, and mentor a development team working in an agile environment.
- Provide hands-on technical direction and guidance across backend (.NET) and frontend (Angular or React) technologies.
- Contribute to solution design, code quality, and architectural decision-making.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and senior stakeholders to help shape technical direction and deliverables.
- Deliver high-quality engineering through code reviews, design discussions, and technical guidance.
- Promote best practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and clean architecture.
- Help troubleshoot technical challenges and support the team in resolving complex issues.
- Contribute to a culture of learning, continuous improvement, and thoughtful innovation.
- At least 7 years of hands-on .NET experience.
- At least 5 years of experience with Angular or React.
- Experience leading or mentoring development teams.
- Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices and agile methodologies.
- Experience with software design and SOLID principles.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
- Proficiency with technologies such as C#, .NET, .NET Core, Entity Framework, LINQ, and Angular or React.
- Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and senior business stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable solutions.
