Deliver backend development initiatives;
Write clean, readable, maintainable, and well-structured code;
Coordinate cross-team interactions and dependencies within assigned initiatives;
Take ownership of assigned initiatives under the Tech Lead’s review;
Contribute to the reliability, performance, and maintainability of production systems.
3+ years of commercial backend development experience with C# / .NET 6+, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core;
Deep understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems;
Advanced experience with asynchronous communication and event-driven architecture;
Experience working with message brokers such as Kafka or similar;
In-depth knowledge of relational databases, including SQL, transactions, indexing, and performance optimization; PostgreSQL is an advantage;
Advanced experience with ORM tools, such as Entity Framework;
Experience writing unit and integration tests;
Advanced knowledge of authentication and authorization, including OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect;
Understanding of software design principles, including SOLID, separation of concerns, and testability;
Understanding of observability and monitoring in production systems.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability;
Ability to work independently on both trivial and non-trivial initiatives;
Effective cross-team coordination and collaboration;
Strong attention to code quality and maintainability.
