About the Role

We have an opportunity for a Mechanical Supervisor to join our on‑site team in Huntstown, Dublin 11. You’ll oversee daily mechanical works, coordinate with other trades, manage subcontractors, and ensure all activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead weekly toolbox talks to keep safety and communication front and center.
  • Prepare weekly progress reports, highlighting achievements and addressing challenges.
  • Coordinate site activities seamlessly with other trades to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop two-week lookahead plans for upcoming works to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure labour requirements are met in line with project schedules.
  • Maintain exceptional quality standards across all mechanical works.
  • Drive efficiency by ensuring subcontractors perform at their best.
  • Communicate any variations or delays promptly to your line manager.
  • Ensure all site operations are carried out in strict compliance with company HSQE requirements and standards.
  • Daily management, supervision, and reporting, of direct labour resources, plant, safe execution of works and materials allocations.
  • Manage and coordinate sub-contractors on site.
  • Liaise with BIM engineer to update construction models following all upgrade works.
  • Carry out company compliance and administration procedures and recording performance and progress of site operations and subcontractors.


Requirements
  • 2 years (Minimum) experience in a site lead role (Charge hand/ Foreman / Supervisor) working in a construction or maintenance team with a strong emphasis on Safety and Quality.
  • Self started and driven.
  • Proven background in a collaborative environment working as part of a team.
  • Data centre experience desirable but not essential.
  • Demonstrable a high level of technical knowledge with practical application.
  • A high degree of computer literacy, and proficiency in MS office packages, mainly outlook, word and Excel
