Site-based Mechanical Package Manager responsible for delivering mechanical building services on data centre projects: coordinate installations, prepare method statements and risk assessments, manage sequencing and four-week lookahead programmes, track scope changes and valuations, compile O&M and BCAR documentation, and ensure as-built information accuracy.

We are pleased to announce that we have a vacancy for a Mechanical Package Manager to join our expanding team in Dublin. This is a site-based role, playing a key part in the successful delivery of complex mechanical building services works on major data centre projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain effective communication with the client and wider project stakeholders
- Prepare and implement method statements and risk assessments for mechanical construction activities associated with your package, ensuring all HVAC deliverables are completed in line with project, quality, and safety requirements
- Coordinate closely with the project team to sequence mechanical installations, including pipework, to meet programme milestones and scheduled dates
- Assist in the documentation and costing of scope changes, including preparation of monthly valuations and contribution to the final account
- Compile and file all O&M and BCAR documentation associated with the package
- Manage and monitor the four-week look-ahead programme in conjunction with the project team for your works package
- Monitor change during install and ensure all as built information reflects what has been constructed on site
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or Building services engineering or similar,Previous experience (5 years minimum) in a similar role within a construction contracting environment is essential
- Previous experience managing a process plant install or water treatment facility is preferred
- Excellent organisation, communication, and time management skills
- Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Project
