About the Team

The Marketing Team functions as a strategic engine for LearnUpon’s global growth. We are actively transforming Marketing from an execution-heavy support unit into a high-velocity, data-driven revenue driver. By establishing absolute clarity over our marketing-to-sales funnel and pioneering AI-driven workflows, we ensure our go-to-market strategies are optimized, scalable, and relentlessly focused on pipeline results.

About the Opportunity

As our Marketing Operations & AI Transformation Manager reporting to the VP Marketing, you will be a critical catalyst for our North Star by owning the systems, data, and processes that power our global marketing engine. You will lead our migration from Marketo to HubSpot, manage the wider marketing tech stack, and deliver the funnel reporting necessary to optimize ROI. Critically, you will be our dedicated AI champion—bridging the bandwidth gap by practically implementing AI tooling and automating day-to-day workflows to unlock unprecedented productivity across the team.

In addition, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading the end-to-end migration from Marketo to HubSpot, including planning, data migration, programme rebuild, Salesforce integration, QA, and team enablement.
  • Owning marketing reporting and analysis across the funnel—from campaign performance and channel ROI through to MQL, pipeline, and revenue contribution.
  • Managing and optimising the marketing tech stack, ensuring tools are well-integrated, properly governed, and delivering measurable value.
  • Developing and rolling out the framework for AI adoption across the marketing team—identifying high-impact use cases, evaluating tools, defining processes, and enabling the team to work in new and more effective ways.
  • Partnering with Demand Generation, Content, Brand, Sales, RevOps & BI teams to ensure data flows, attribution, and campaign execution are seamless.
  • Establishing and maintaining data hygiene standards, lead routing logic, scoring models, and lifecycle management.
  • Collaborating closely with the GTM Engineer (RevOps) to integrate custom data sources and automated enrichment tools into the marketing tech stack, equipping the outbound team with actionable, high-intent account intelligence and clean target lists.

Skills & Experience

Must-Haves

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or a closely related discipline within B2B SaaS.
  • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, including direct experience of platform migration.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and its integration with marketing automation platforms.
  • Demonstrable experience building marketing dashboards, funnel reporting, and pipeline analysis.
  • Practical experience designing and implementing AI-enabled workflows, automated applications, or AI tooling in a marketing context.
  • Strong understanding of marketing data, lead lifecycle, and revenue attribution models.
  • Superb written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders across the business.
  • A bias for action, strong project management discipline, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in the LMS or Learning Tech industry.
  • Experience working in a fast-growing SaaS startup.
  • Experience leading martech transformation or consolidation projects in a global organisation.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI), or data warehousing concepts.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering and evaluating generative AI tools for enterprise use.
  • Experience supporting ABM programmes and integrated demand strategies.
  • A relevant qualification (Degree or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
