Develop and execute B2B marketing programs for dental service organizations across Italy and Iberia. The role drives Invisalign, iTero, and Align Digital Platform adoption through channel strategy, co-marketing, account enablement, market intelligence, CRM campaigns, events, and data-driven optimization. It partners with sales, clinical, legal, and commercial teams to build scalable toolkits, support key-account plans, strengthen DSO partnerships, and deliver measurable growth.
We are seeking a strategic, commercially minded DSO Marketing Manager to execute cluster marketing initiatives that drive growth, engagement, and partnership excellence across Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) and Group Practices. This role translates strategic pillars—adoption, digitalization, and scale—into actionable, customer‑centric programs that accelerate Invisalign and iTero growth, deepen adoption of the Align Digital Platform, and strengthen long‑term partnerships with large dental organizations.
You will balance strategic channel development with hands‑on account marketing, building scalable toolkits while tailoring materials and plans to major accounts across the Italy & Iberian cluster.
Role expectations

1) Channel Development & Growth
- Execute the Cluster marketing strategy for DSOs & Special Markets, ensuring alignment with global and regional priorities.
- Convert strategic pillars (adoption, digitalization, scale) into measurable, customer‑centric programs.
- Integrate the DSO/Special Markets channel into GP, Ortho, iTero and Consumer journeys.
- Identify and capitalize on market trends, data insights, and competitive dynamics to refine go‑to‑market strategies and prioritize high‑impact opportunities.
- Track performance and optimize programs for efficiency, ROI, and scale.
2) DSO Partnership & Co‑Marketing Excellence
- Support development and execution of co‑marketing frameworks, playbooks, and engagement models with key DSO partners.
- Co‑create education, activation, and communications that support doctor onboarding, digital workflow adoption, and patient engagement within DSOs.
- Build scalable toolkits, templates, and content programs that enable consistent, high‑quality local execution by partners.
3) Account Marketing & Enablement (IT & IB; EMEA support)
- Create and deploy channel‑specific materials for general use across Italy & Iberia, plus personalized, account‑level materials (communications, operations, in‑practice information, education, training support).
- Engage with major accounts and collaborate with Business Development Managers (BDMs) to define needs/opportunities and deliver accounts specifically marketing and commercial plans.
- Support BDMs with plan implementation and sales strategies in key accounts to drive sales targets, optimize deliveries, and size market opportunities.
- Prepare and maintain up‑to‑date presentations; support communications protocols for new account set‑ups and ongoing account management.
4) Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Coordinate competitive intelligence and benchmark industry best practices specific to Special Markets; synthesize insights to guide segmentation, targeting, and strategic development of the business unit.
- Partner with Commercial Excellence & Insights to drive measurement, learning agendas, and continuous improvement.
5) Integrated Marketing Operations
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations / Marketing Services and Commercial Excellence to deliver integrated engagement solutions—events, CRM campaigns, automated customer journeys, and data‑driven dashboards.
- Ensure programs are operationally scalable, compliant, and deliver measurable impact.
6) Stakeholder Engagement & Governance
- Work closely with the Commercial DSO & Special Markets Team (EMEA and cluster) to ensure strategic alignment and consistent market execution.
- Collaborate with Consumer, Ortho, and GP marketing teams to incorporate business unit requirements and tailor campaigns for Special Markets.
- Interface with Sales, Professional Marketing, Clinical, Legal/Regulatory, and external agencies to plan and execute programs and new product introductions.
- Actively participate in customer‑facing meetings; support and co‑lead key account business plan preparation and governance.
7) Events & Thought Leadership
- Represent Align at key industry events, summits, and thought leadership forums relevant to DSOs and Group Practices, amplifying channel visibility and partner engagement.
8) Measurement, Reporting & Optimization
- Establish clear KPIs (e.g., adoption and utilization of the Align Digital Platform, Invisalign/iTero growth, partner engagement and enablement metrics, campaign ROI, pipeline influence, program reach/frequency).
- Run test‑and‑learn cycles; iterate based on data to improve channel effectiveness and account outcomes.
