This Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing Executive to join our team in Dublin. This role involves developing and executing long-term strategic marketing plans in collaboration with the commercial team, MD, and relevant stakeholders. You will be responsible for driving the company’s marketing initiatives, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting business growth through targeted campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing, external communications, and the ability to translate strategic goals into actionable plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the commercial team, MD, and other stakeholders to create and execute long-term strategic marketing plans. Ensure these plans are tracked and rolled out effectively.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans that align with business goals and services.
  • Manage the company’s value proposition and industry positioning, ensuring alignment with overall strategy.
  • Enhance company visibility by managing ATC exposure across relevant social media channels and other outlets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to shape brand messaging and communication strategies.
  • Develop key messaging and target selected audiences via multiple channels, with a focus on social media (LinkedIn).
  • Contribute to the design and review of customer presentations.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and optimise based on data-driven insights.
  • Ensure the marketing and commercial strategies are communicated effectively within the organisation.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including overseeing collateral design, digital strategies, and events.
  • Oversee marketing budgets, measure campaign effectiveness, and report on KPIs.
  • Manage relationships and budgets with external vendors and providers.
  • Oversee content management and the redesign of the company website.
  • Handle additional projects as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant field; a Master's degree is an added advantage
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar marketing role.
  • Proven experience in managing marketing activities, communications campaigns, and social media strategies.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute structured plans, actions, and measurable metrics.
  • Ability to translate marketing strategies into actionable operational plans within set timeframes.
  • Proficiency in creating internal and external presentations.
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing, preferably in a commercial environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work well within a team and with cross-functional colleagues.
  • Self-motivated, highly organised, and ambitious.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with all levels of the organisation.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ambitious with a strong ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
