We are now searching for talented Managers. You will lead business improvement consulting engagements for our clients, contributing to the development of client relationships and will have the opportunity to shape not only your own role but also the future direction of OutForm.

About you

As a Manager you will have

  • 5 years plus industry or consulting experience in the utilities, manufacturing, or construction/infrastructure sectors 
  • An ability to shape and implement complex business change and transformational programmes; 
  • Experience of effectively managing and collaborating with senior client stakeholders. 
  • Evidence of sales experience, generate and leading business development activities and a proven track record of generating sales pipelines. 
  • Proven experience of team management, engagement leadership and supporting multi-functional teams 
  • Have exceptional communication, relationship building and influencing skills with high levels of empathy; working effectively with diverse team 
  • Proven experience as a Managing Consultant with a focus on Manufacturing
  • Are highly commercial and interested in contributing to business development activity 
  • A passion to develop your leadership style, leveraging your own strengths, and personal values
