You will lead the build-out and embedding of a risk and control framework aligned to regulatory requirements and the parent RCSA design, enabling consistent execution and effective monitoring across the business.

  • Enhance the reporting suite to support monitoring, governance, and escalation.

  • Work closely with Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams to embed controls into processes (e.g., customer care, merchant onboarding, system readiness).

  • Support training, documentation, and consistent execution of the framework across the business.

  • Escalate matters to the CRO and other senior stakeholders as required.

  • Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.

Experience you’ll need to have

  • Strong technical expertise in operational risk and control frameworks within payments and/or financial services.

  • Deep experience in RCSA, control design, process mapping, and governance, risk and compliance systems.

  • Familiarity with EU regulatory expectations (including safeguarding, AML, outsourcing, and DORA).

  • Ability to work hands-on in complex, multi-stream programmes with high interdependencies.

Experience that would be great to have

  • Experience supporting implementation of a Group-wide risk and control framework and/or harmonizing local practices to enterprise standards.

  • Experience developing reporting, dashboards, or management information for risk and control monitoring and escalation.
