Workday Integration Cloud is the driving force behind Workday's seamless integration and scalability across the global SaaS ecosystem, serving as the system of record for HCM and Finance. This platform facilitates billions of integration transactions annually, bringing essential third-party data into Workday's core, which is crucial for driving key business processes and UI transactions for our customers.
We achieve this by providing a world-class integration platform, enabling our customers and partner ecosystem to meet their essential integration needs across a full spectrum of modern enterprise solutions. All of this is underpinned by Workday's secure, trusted, and audited security model.

About the Role

We are completely revolutionizing the Workday integration strategy and well positioning to amaze Workday customers and the partner ecosystem with transformed interoperability tools and platforms that will drive their businesses forward. Because of this, our Product Management team is growing, and we are seeking a Manager with proven experience in Product Management and technology platforms who is passionate about evolving technology to meet the needs of a rapidly changing and growing industry. 

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of highly skilled product managers across several functional areas.

• Lead through influence and apply strategic understanding of the company and organization's big picture.

• Build relationships and communicate with partners at all levels to understand their strategies and influence decision-making.

• Define and drive success criteria for the product management team and product outcomes.

• Establish a strong collaborative partnership with engineering management.

• Demonstrate a strong cross-product perspective and decision-making.

About You

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or an equivalent field.

• 5 years of product management experience in a SaaS platform environment.

• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience.

• Ability to demonstrate strategy delivery.

Other Qualifications

• The ideal candidate possesses a unique combination of technical prowess, product management experience, and a customer-focused approach.

• Strong individual initiative and ownership – driven by results, motivated by impact, and ability to deliver with speed.

• Experience in bringing new AI solutions to market from ideation through to delivery.

• Experience with industry-leading iPaaS offerings.

• Proven track record of advising and collaborating with senior executives; conducts successful negotiations across business lines and organizations.

• Ability to drive multiple cross-team initiatives simultaneously and exercise rapid decision-making.

• Ability to design features and define requirements independently when needed.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal, with strong executive presence.

• Knowledge of Workday's product stack, including Business Processes, Integration, and Workday core technologies.
