The Revenue Systems product group comprises dedicated teams committed to building a comprehensive, scalable order-to-cash solution designed to fuel Squarespace’s growth organically, internationally, and through acquisitions. Our goal is to develop a versatile platform that supports diverse revenue models, facilitates seamless international expansion, accelerates accurate financial reporting, and enhances marketing capabilities.
As the Senior Product Manager leading the PASS (Purchase, Access & Subscription Success) and Orders teams, you'll focus on delivering an exceptional purchase and order experience at Squarespace. This role involves ensuring seamless cart interactions, effective subscription management, comprehensive order flows, and robust access and entitlement systems. You will balance drivinge strategies to optimize customer upgrades, renewals, and entitlements, actively reducing churn and increasing revenue through targeted retention and upsell opportunities, while also executing effectively on company and group priorities. As a strategic and operational leader, you will add value across the organization, enabling teams to achieve their business objectives.
This hybrid role requires 2-3 days per week on-site in our Dublin office, reporting directly to a Product Director.
You'll Get To...
- Lead product development processes from concept to launch, collaborating with your team, adjacent teams, and the broader Squarespace ecosystem.
- Deepen customer insights through research, data analysis, interviews, and usability testing.
- Set clear, measurable OKRs in partnership with engineering and design leads, contributing to overarching team and group objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other Product Managers and data specialists (analytics, data science, marketing) to implement experiments and resolve data-driven questions.
- Influence and shape team and group strategies through compelling and well-articulated presentations of your ideas.
Who We're Looking For
- You have 6-10 years of experience managing software products from ideation through launch and iterative improvements.
- You bring proven expertise in order management, subscription handling, billing, or related product domains.
- You possess deep knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies, modern product discovery, product delivery practices, and user segmentation strategies.
- You demonstrate excellent communication skills, able to effectively align diverse teams toward achieving collective business objectives and delivering exceptional user experiences.
