We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Management Associate to join our Digital & People team. This role is designed to provide direct exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making while supporting high-impact projects across multiple functions. This role will work closely with the Head of Digital and People and the leadership team, gaining invaluable experience in business transformation, cross-functional collaboration, and executive-level operations. This is a developmental role intended for high-potential individuals who are looking to build a broad, enterprise-level understanding of how organisations operate and transform. The Management Associate will report to the Organisational Development Director.
Work Location: This is a 24-month placement based in Dublin, with some travel required to other sites.
RequirementsRole Requirements & Responsibilities
· Support the Organisational Development Director on strategic initiatives, operational priorities, and board-level projects.
· Take ownership of defined workstreams, driving them from concept through to delivery under senior guidance.
· Support organisational change and transformation initiatives, including process improvement, capability development, and operating model evolution.
· Coordinate and deliver cross-functional projects that drive growth, efficiency, and innovation.
· Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings for senior stakeholders and external partners.
· Participate in key leadership meetings, ensuring actions and follow-ups are captured and progressed.
· Monitor business performance, analyse data, and provide insights to support informed decision-making.
· Collaborate with sales and account management teams to support new client onboarding and project launches.
· Act as a connector across teams, ensuring strong communication and alignment between local and global stakeholders.
Candidate RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have the ability to be flexible in respect of work standards and demands, and capable of working under pressure at times in order to meet strict deadlines.
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
· Strong academic record (First-class or Upper Second-class honours preferred).
· Background in business, strategy, consulting, or operations is desirable.
· Advanced PowerPoint, Excel & ability to work with digital tools.
· Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
· Strong data interpretation skills with the ability to turn insights into meaningful action.
· Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
· Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and contribute to discussions at leadership level.
· Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to understand the wider organisational context.
· Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
· High level of discretion and professionalism, with the ability to build trust across all levels.
· Valid visa or legal right to work in Ireland.
The following skills and experience would be an advantage:
· Interest or hands-on experience in AI, automation, and low-code tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and advanced Power BI use cases
· Experience working on cross-border or multinational projects.
· Knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO27001, etc).
· Interest in business transformation, strategy, or entrepreneurship.
· Exposure to data centers, logistics, transport, supply chain, or complex operational environments.
· Fluent in English; other languages (especially German, French, or Spanish) are a plus.
