At LearnUpon, we’re seeking a Learning & Enablement Specialist to join our team in Dublin. This is a hybrid role working 3+ days per week in our Dublin office.

The People Team is comprised of Talent Acquisition, People Operations, People Partners, and Learning & Enablement functions as a strategic engine for LearnUpon’s growth. We manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle with a focus on operational excellence and performance optimisation. By identifying top-tier talent and creating robust development programs, we ensure LearnUpon is powered by a high-performing workforce capable of meeting our most ambitious business objectives.


What will I be doing?

As our Learning & Enablement Specialist reporting to our Director of Learning & Enablement, you’ll partner with leaders to deliver targeted training to their departments. Leveraging our existing systems along with AI advancements, you’ll optimize our learning processes to design engaging programs which directly impact LearnUpon’s ability to scale efficiently in our key global markets.

In addition, you’ll be responsible for: 

  • Assessing training needs effectively, advising where training is appropriate vs other solutions.
  • Connecting the dots between learning and business initiatives and driving positive collaboration across teams.
  • Expertly manage project plans and execute key tasks needed to deliver high quality programs.
  • Creating engaging learning content (slides, e-learning, playbooks) and making relevant updates as the business grows. 
  • Measuring learning, behavioural and business outcomes of all initiatives.
  • Building out skills, frameworks and other assets that support the delivery and measurement of learning.
  • Leveraging AI tools to accelerate learning delivery, automating content outlines to generate high-quality assets and analyzing learner data to assess impact.
  • Managing GTM Knowledge Hub (Confluence) and (LMS) onboarding program for Sales & CX Teams.
  • Leading our “Customer Zero” initiatives by being a super user of our products.

What skills do I need?                                                                               

Must-Haves

  • 3+ years experience in a learning, enablement or go-to-market role 
  • Needs Analysis: Identifying root causes of performance gaps by analyzing data and stakeholder input to determine the most effective intervention.
  • Facilitation: Leading and managing group dynamics in both physical and digital environments to ensure learning objectives are met and participants are engaged. Ability to facilitate discovery sessions to extract requirements from stakeholders. 
  • Learning Design: Applying instructional design principles to build structured learning journeys, skills frameworks, and quality multi-modal content.
  • Strategic Stakeholder Management: Building strong collaborative relationships with leadership to align departmental initiatives with overarching organizational goals.
  • Project Management: Managing complex workflows, influencing without authority, prioritizing competing demands, and managing subject matter experts (SMEs) to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • AI Literacy & Implementation: The ability to strategically use artificial intelligence tools to automate routine tasks, enhance content output and extract insights from complex data sets.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience working in a LMS SaaS platform
  • Experience working with competency frameworks and skills matrix
