We're looking for a Tech Lead Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This is a critical role for someone passionate about building scalable, modern backend systems using Microsoft technologies and cloud-native patterns.
You’ll work closely with architects, product managers, and fellow engineers to design and deliver high-impact features, with an emphasis on CQRS, event-driven architecture, and cloud-first principles. We're also looking for someone who has spent at least 2 years in a Lead Engineer capacity, bringing strong leadership, mentoring, and architecture experience to the table.

What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and maintain highly available backend systems and APIs.
- Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Mentor and guide mid-level and junior engineers.
- Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and CI/CD.
- Work in a collaborative, agile team environment with product and design.
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of hands-on backend development experience, primarily with .NET Core.
- 2+ years as a Lead Engineer or Technical Lead.
- Strong knowledge of Azure services (App Services, Cosmos DB, Service Bus, Event Hubs).
- Experience with NoSQL data stores and CQRS pattern.
- Comfortable working with GitHub and GitHub Actions for source control and CI/CD.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A problem-solver mindset with attention to clean architecture and scalability.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a high-scale, distributed environment.
- Familiarity with event sourcing patterns.
- Knowledge of containerization and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Docker, Bicep/Terraform).
