The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Are you a compelling storyteller with a knack for crafting narratives that captivate audiences? At Salesforce, our EMEA Events team is seeking a Keynote Messaging Senior Specialist to shape executive-level presentations that bring our corporate narrative to life for EMEA audiences, delivering keynotes to over 60,000 attendees across 20+ cities annually.
This role partners with cross-functional teams across Product Marketing, Company Messaging, Sales, Public Relations, Solution Engineering, and regional leadership to create engaging keynote experiences for some of the region's largest events, including Agentforce World Tours and strategic events. You'll work at the intersection of global strategy and regional execution, ensuring our messaging resonates authentically with diverse European audiences while maintaining global consistency.
This is a high-visibility role requiring approximately 20% travel across EMEA to support event execution.
The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller, strategic thinker, skilled project manager, great communicator, and collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and brings strong executive presence to every interaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Adapt and execute keynote presentations and messaging for Salesforce events across EMEA, supporting approximately 25 World Tours annually

  • Collaborate with HQ teams (Company Messaging, Demo Engineering, Product Marketing) to translate global messaging for EMEA audiences, ensuring regional relevance and cultural sensitivity

  • Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Solution Engineering, Marketing, and PR to customize keynotes that reflect local market dynamics and business priorities

  • Develop cohesive narratives that integrate customer success stories, product launches, and Salesforce innovation into compelling event experiences

  • Own the end-to-end keynote development process, including show flow, content chapters, and narrative arc

  • Advise local event agencies on keynote production elements including stage design, screen layout, audio/visual requirements, and lighting to enhance storytelling impact

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across geographically distributed teams, driving alignment and accountability without direct management authority

  • Partner with Salesforce customers to surface and craft their success stories for keynote interviews

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on narrative development, presentation strategy, and delivery excellence

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, corporate communications, executive content development, or event marketing within enterprise software environments

  • Proven track record of executive-level presentations at large-scale tech events

  • Demonstrated success working in matrixed organizations and leading cross-functional initiatives

  • Fluent in English; Spanish or Italian is a plus

  • Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

Core Competencies:
  • Exceptional storytelling abilities—you can transform complex technical concepts into compelling, audience-driven narratives that inspire action

  • Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility with senior leadership and high-level stakeholders

  • Strategic project management capabilities—you can juggle multiple high-stakes initiatives, meet tight deadlines, and maintain quality under pressure

  • Collaborative leadership style that inspires excellence and drives results through influence rather than authority

  • Cultural intelligence and sensitivity—you navigate multi-cultural environments effectively and adapt communication styles across diverse audiences

  • Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities in fast-paced environments

Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Apple Keynote, Google Slides, and presentation design tools

What Sets You Apart:
  • Deep passion for technology, innovation, and business transformation through storytelling

  • Strong interest in emerging technologies, particularly AI and agentic systems, and how they shape the future of enterprise solutions

  • Experience translating technical concepts for executive audiences

  • Track record of building strong relationships and resolving conflicts across distributed teams
