We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Technical Support Specialist to join our Adhesives team. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and has a basic understanding of materials and chemistry. You will play an important role in ensuring that our adhesive products meet industry standards and helping to solve any quality issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Testing Products: Help conduct tests on adhesive products to make sure they meet the required standards.
- Problem Solving: Assist in identifying and fixing quality issues with our products to ensure they work well.
- Teamwork: Work with the Quality Assurance team to improve product quality and processes.
- Customer Support: Provide support to customers by answering their questions and resolving any issues they have with our products.
- Product Adaptation: Help modify products for different markets or specific customer needs.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to understand their feedback and needs better.
- Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of test results, processes, and customer communications.
- Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends and regulations in the adhesive industry.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Fluent in German and Engli
- Basic knowledge of mechanical testing and material evaluation, especially for adhesives.
- Understanding of how different materials behave and work with adhesives.
- Good problem-solving skills to tackle challenges effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Some experience in product development or understanding of regulatory requirements related to adhesives.
- Basic project management skills, with the ability to handle several tasks at once.
- Awareness of industry standards and rules regarding adhesive products.
