Wir suchen einen Junior Project Manager (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres dynamischen Teams in Berlin.   • Sie unterstützen die leitenden Projektmanager bei der Planung, Durchführung und dem Abschluss von Bauprojekten für Rechenzentren.
  • Helfen Sie bei der Entwicklung von Projektzeitplänen, Budgets und Ressourcenzuweisungsplänen
  • Überwachen Sie den Projektfortschritt und berichten Sie über die wichtigsten Leistungsindikatoren
  • Koordinieren Sie sich mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams, einschließlich Ingenieuren, Auftragnehmern und Anbietern
  • Identifizieren und entschärfen Sie potenzielle Risiken und Probleme, die den Projekterfolg beeinträchtigen könnten
  • Erstellen und pflegen Sie die Projektdokumentation, einschließlich Statusberichte und Sitzungsprotokolle
  • Teilnahme an Ortsbesichtigungen und Inspektionen, um die Einhaltung der Projektspezifikationen sicherzustellen

Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor-Abschluss in Ingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • 1-3 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Gute Kenntnisse von Projektmanagement-Methoden und Best Practices
  • Grundlegendes Verständnis von Design, Bau und IT-Infrastrukturkonzepten für Rechenzentren
  • Beherrschung der MS Office Suite, insbesondere Excel, Project und PowerPoint
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und problemlösende Fähigkeiten
  • Effizientes Zeitmanagement und Organisationstalent
  • Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit in einer Teamumgebung
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse; Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Plus
  • Projektmanagement-Zertifizierungen (z.B. CAPM, Prince2 Foundation) sind von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in Bau- oder IT-Infrastrukturprojekten ist ein Plus
  • Bereitschaft, gelegentlich für Besuche vor Ort und Meetings zu reisen
