What’s the Opportunity

As Junior Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in delivering the B2B marketing strategy for estate agents across Ireland, acting as a strong voice for the agent within Daft.ie. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Support, Product, Data, Finance and Commercial teams to ensure agents are enabled, informed, and supported.

This is a hands-on, strategic role with high visibility across the business and significant influence on how Daft.ie partners with the Irish property industry into the future.

Please note: This role is mid-level on our Marketing Career Map, prior experience in Marketing is a requirement.

How you’ll Play your Part

As a Junior Marketing Manager working on the B2B side, your responsibilities will include: 

Sales & Agent Enablement

  • Enable the sales team through targeted marketing support, coaching materials, and collateral to support sustainable growth.

  • Develop and maintain all sales enablement materials, including decks, one-pagers, case studies, and objection-handling content.

  • Support and scale agent partnerships that reinforce long-term value creation.

  • Lead peer-to-peer marketing, telling compelling stories around vendor funding and showcasing agent success.

Agent Product Marketing & Communications

  • Own all agent communications, ensuring messaging is clear, timely, and aligned with agent needs and expectations.

  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market planning for product rollouts, ensuring successful launch, adoption, and commercial impact.

  • Manage all commercial and product rollouts, working cross-functionally to minimise disruption and build trust.

  • Rework existing vendor funding best-practice content into short-form, easy-to-consume formats for agents.

Agent Insight & Product Influence

  • Gather and embed agent insights into marketing, product and commercial strategy so we remain focused on the right outcomes for our valued customers.

  • Identify and flag agents best suited for future product discovery and research, contributing insights that support innovation.

  • Act as the internal advocate for estate agents, ensuring their feedback, challenges, and priorities are clearly represented and influence decision-making.

Industry Positioning & Partnerships

  • Support the positioning of Daft.ie as a leading voice within the property industry, identifying and leveraging opportunities to showcase our thinking through industry events, editorial contributions, awards, and speaking engagements.

  • Support the development of strategic partnerships across the property sector, working closely with internal stakeholders to strengthen Daft.ie’s presence and influence.

  • Ensure partners clearly understand Daft.ie’s focus on supporting agent growth and our collective ambition to progress towards a vendor-funded future.

  • Represent Daft.ie as a trusted, long-term partner to the property industry, collaborating on initiatives that support agents’ continued success.

Agent Brand Ownership

  • Champion the agent brand across Daft.ie, applying updates from our Brand Playbook consistently across all agent-facing touchpoints.

  • Lead a transformation of agent product pages, ensuring they are clear, compelling, and aligned with the updated brand and value proposition.

What you’ll need to Thrive Here

We are looking for a highly motivated, confident, credible Junior Marketing Manager who can drive measurable impact.

Essential experience and skills:

  • 4+ years proven experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally within property, SaaS, marketplaces, or media.

  • Strong background in sales enablement, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Experience managing complex communications.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex products or services into easy-to-consume formats. 

  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable owning projects end-to-end.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

Highly beneficial (but not required):

  • Experience working with estate agents, property professionals and/or media/advertising professionals.

  • Familiarity with the Irish property market 

  • Familiarity with vendor-funded advertising models
