The role also owns HR systems, employee resource groups, and Dublin office management COEs, while developing Northern Ireland HR policies and leading progressive HR projects. Regular travel between Dublin and Belfast is required.

Owns Distilled’s media advertising revenue across three marketplaces, leading Ad Operations, streamlining campaign workflows, automating reporting, and optimizing programmatic yield. Manages Google Ad Manager, SSP relationships, ad technology, floor pricing, inventory, and troubleshooting. Develops programmatic and direct advertising strategies, identifies new monetization opportunities, creates advertising products, and collaborates with Sales, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing. Leads, mentors, recruits, and develops the Ad Operations team.
