Build and maintain data pipelines, transformations, models, warehouses, feature pipelines, and machine-learning training and scoring workflows. Ensure reliable, timely, trusted data for reporting, analytics, predictive models, and website features. Collaborate with application teams, support platform operations, and use AWS and AI tooling such as Amazon Bedrock to deliver data and self-service capabilities.

Manage relationships with high-value motor dealer accounts, driving product adoption, retention, loyalty, upsell, and customer growth. Conduct account reviews, onboard dealers, demonstrate product features, resolve queries and technical issues, track bugs, maintain Salesforce data, and relay customer feedback to internal teams. Identify account risks and opportunities, support process improvements, and champion Dealerhub adoption.

Manage credit control and accounts administration across multiple brands. Responsibilities include collecting overdue payments, allocating and reconciling receipts, handling failed Direct Debits, issuing statements and reminders, resolving customer queries, monitoring credit risks, and meeting debt-collection KPIs. The role collaborates with sales and customer service teams to maintain accurate customer accounts and improve processes.

Senior HR Business Partner responsible for supporting Belfast and Dublin managers, advising on employee relations and people strategy, coaching leaders, supporting hiring, and using people data to guide decisions. The role also owns HR systems, employee resource groups, and Dublin office management COEs, while developing Northern Ireland HR policies and leading progressive HR projects. Regular travel between Dublin and Belfast is required.

Owns Distilled’s media advertising revenue across three marketplaces, leading Ad Operations, streamlining campaign workflows, automating reporting, and optimizing programmatic yield. Manages Google Ad Manager, SSP relationships, ad technology, floor pricing, inventory, and troubleshooting. Develops programmatic and direct advertising strategies, identifies new monetization opportunities, creates advertising products, and collaborates with Sales, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing. Leads, mentors, recruits, and develops the Ad Operations team.
