YOUR MISSIONGanzheitliche Steuerung von Lieferanten, Produktion und Terminen zur Sicherstellung einer hohen On-Time-Performance (OTIF) entlang des gesamten Order-Lifecycles
Planung und Optimierung von Transport- und Logistikprozessen unter Berücksichtigung von Kosten, Servicelevel und Termintreue
Aktives Kosten- und Performance-Management inklusive Analyse von Abweichungen sowie Umsetzung von Effizienzmaßnahmen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zur Sicherstellung transparenter Prozesse und Vermeidung von Zielkonflikten
Proaktives Risikomanagement sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozessen, Datenqualität und KPIs zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Liefersicherheit.
Selbstständige, proaktive und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Lösungsorientierung
Ausgeprägte Teamplayer-Mentalität sowie die Fähigkeit, effektiv und vertrauensvoll mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern zusammenzuarbeiten
Hohe Aufgeschlossenheit, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität, auch in dynamischen Situationen und bei wechselnden Anforderungen
Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel, zur Analyse, Aufbereitung und Steuerung relevanter Daten
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, um eine reibungslose Kommunikation in einem internationalen Umfeld sicherzustellen.
