Define technology strategy, architecture, and AI integration; ensure GraphQL/APIGEE APIs, SFCC and Sanity implementations, performance, testing, and platform health. Build and mentor senior engineering teams, partner with product and business stakeholders, and drive delivery, standards, and experimentation across DTC commerce capabilities.

Manage suppliers, production and schedules to ensure high OTIF across the order lifecycle. Plan and optimize transport and logistics, control costs and performance, analyze deviations, implement efficiency measures, collaborate with stakeholders, manage risks, and improve processes, data quality and KPIs. Use Excel for analysis and report in German and English.

Lead enterprise AI strategy and roadmap; build and scale cross-functional AI/ML teams; architect and deliver LLM, RAG, predictive and data-heavy AI products; establish MLOps, governance, cloud-native platforms (Azure/Databricks/AWS/GCP); drive product lifecycle, KPI tracking, security, and responsible AI practices.

Support Central Europe trade marketing and activation teams by coordinating and executing campaigns (online and POS), assisting social media production, liaising with sales, trade partners and agencies, maintaining CRM databases and reporting, preparing presentations and events, and processing product/sample and shipping orders.

Lead running category partnerships and wholesale relationships; define and drive sell-out, POS, and activation strategies; deliver product trainings and retailer events; manage stock, re-orders and seasonal transitions; analyze market and consumer insights to inform Sales; collaborate with Marketing and Purchasing; create and maintain activity and activation reports.

Perform various testing operations including UI, functional, and regression tests. Create test scenarios, document defects, and provide support for PLM applications.

Provide L2/L3 IT support, manage Azure services, corporate network devices, Active Directory, and cloud infrastructure, ensuring reliable IT Security systems while collaborating in a global team.
