SwissBorg is building the future of crypto wealth management—making investing more accessible, transparent and intuitive for everyone.
At the core of our platform is the Meta-Exchange (MEX), a smart routing engine that connects multiple exchanges and liquidity sources to deliver optimal execution in a single, seamless app.
We're Swiss-engineered, regulated, and trusted by nearly one million users managing over $1B in crypto assets. But beyond the numbers, what drives us is the people behind every wallet—and a commitment to continuously improving how they experience and interact with crypto.

As a Junior Business Data Analyst, you will turn data into the clear answers our teams need to make real decisions, not just another dashboard. Data analysis at SwissBorg goes beyond just answering questions. As a team, we also shape the data behind the analysis, curating well-modelled tables so that teams can self-serve insights and our AI assistants work from data they can trust.
You'll work across the full scope of data analysis, from cleaning the raw data to presenting your results, with senior analysts mentoring you along the way. And your growth doesn't stop there: our systematic performance reviews and structured analyst career ladder will guide your progression, whether you want to deepen your technical skills or grow into leadership.

Day to day:

  • Conduct exploratory analysis to answer well-defined business questions, and summarise your findings into clear reports and presentations with actionable takeaways.

  • Build, monitor and maintain the dashboards that our product and operations teams rely on daily.

  • Work directly with product managers and operational leads to understand their needs and translate them into data work.

  • Support senior analysts on larger projects, from experiment analysis to deep-dive investigations, learning our methods as you go.

  • Help maintain and improve the data team's documentation, queries and standards.

  • Take full ownership of the accuracy and reliability of everything you deliver.

About you:

  • You are either a graduate or a junior Data Analyst with 1-3 years of experience, holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any of the following: Business Analytics, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Econometrics or a similar quantitative field.

  • Your studies or internships/professional experience included most of the following:

  • A foundation in statistics

  • Data processing/programming for analysis

  • Data visualisation

  • Hands on work with SQL and data analysis

  • A capstone or real company data project

  • You communicate clearly and can make data understandable to non-technical colleagues.

  • You are detail oriented and curious, with the drive to resolve problems yourself before asking for help.

  • You have a general interest in decentralisation (Web3, Blockchain, Crypto)

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of experimental statistics and processes.

  • Experience with BI tools, ideally Metabase.

  • Experience with the data transformation process, ideally dbt.

  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
