Conduct exploratory and business data analysis, build and maintain dashboards, translate stakeholder needs into data work, support experiments and investigations, and document queries and standards. Present actionable findings clearly to nontechnical colleagues while ensuring data accuracy and reliability. The role includes working with SQL and data visualization, with opportunities to use Metabase, dbt, Python, or R.

Design, implement, and maintain a low-latency real-time risk engine for perpetuals, spots, and prediction markets. Build VaR/ES and Greeks aggregation, margin and liquidation models, position limits, tail-risk models, dashboards/alerts, backtests, and circuit breakers to protect against extreme market conditions. Collaborate with trading infrastructure to meet <50ms P99 latency.

Design and implement backend trading services, own features end-to-end (schema, API, tests, UI integration), contribute to real-time infrastructure and client-facing APIs, and write integration tests against real dependencies.
