Perform KYC and KYB onboarding, document verification, source-of-funds and source-of-wealth reviews, risk assessments, sanctions and watchlist screening, IP consistency checks, and enhanced due diligence for high-risk users. Conduct periodic reviews, investigate potential risks, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and support compliance process improvements. The role requires AML knowledge, familiarity with FATF recommendations, PEP handling, transaction monitoring, and an interest in cryptocurrency.

Own SwissBorg’s lifecycle marketing program across email, push, and in-app messaging. Build and optimize triggered, transactional, seasonal, and product campaigns; identify funnel gaps; manage campaign frequency; and develop activation and retention strategies. Run experiments across messaging, timing, channels, and cohorts, report on KPI performance, and use AI to automate campaign creation, quality assurance, and reporting.

Support financial consolidation, expense approvals, budget-versus-actual tracking, cost analysis, and reporting. The intern will focus on HR controlling, payroll and headcount costs, software and vendor spending, and credit card expenses. The role also involves identifying variances, recommending improvements, and helping optimize controlling processes within a remote, regulated crypto company.

Own accounts payable and support the full accounting cycle for SwissBorg’s international, multi-entity group. Responsibilities include invoice processing, general ledger entries, accruals, reconciliations, month-end and year-end close, intercompany accounting, VAT and tax compliance, audit preparation, and internal control improvements. The role requires approximately five years of accounting experience, strong technical accounting skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote international team.

Design, implement, and maintain a low-latency real-time risk engine for perpetuals, spots, and prediction markets. Build VaR/ES and Greeks aggregation, margin and liquidation models, position limits, tail-risk models, dashboards/alerts, backtests, and circuit breakers to protect against extreme market conditions. Collaborate with trading infrastructure to meet <50ms P99 latency.

Design and implement backend trading services, own features end-to-end (schema, API, tests, UI integration), contribute to real-time infrastructure and client-facing APIs, and write integration tests against real dependencies.
