IT EBA Business Systems Analyst (D365 Front Office Analytics and D365 Access Management)
Responsibilities :
Accountable for implementing and optimizing D365 Sales and Services Analytics functionality, as well as managing user access within D365.
Key responsibilities include the following:
I. D365 Sales and Services Analytics (Front Office)
1. Delivery of projects and continuous improvement initiatives
§ Understand and document business requirements/solutions
§ Obtain understanding of D365 Analytics to support business requirements and continuous improvement initiatives for reporting.
§ Propose and review solution design with business for sign-off
§ Perform knowledge transfer to IT AMS
§ Provide training to business key-user/super-user
2. Development and execution of test plans for unit, functional and regression testing
3. Level 3 production support of critical incidents, when required
II. D365 Access Management
1. Approves, provisions, reset or terminate user’s access to D365 system
2. Initiates D365 and other systems access revalidation process
3. Attends to a) tickets and D365 Security issues by performing root cause analysis and resolution and b) other D365 User Security set up requests
4. Generates and analyze reports for SOD analysis, access revalidation activities, access monitoring, errors monitoring and audit compliance
5. Prepare BDO Walkthroughs and Audit request
6. CI Effort related to D365 User set up per workstream
7. Participate in testing activity
8. Documentation of process
9. Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager or Process Lead
Qualifications/Requirements:
· BS degree in any of the following: Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science
· Knowledgeable on D365, PowerBI or any Business Intelligence reporting tool
· Experience in D365 Sales and Services processes is a plus
· Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audience
· Good analytical (root cause analysis) and problem-solving skills
· Personal Credibility
o Able to work in a cross-functional team with diverse background
o Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize items to complete tasks efficiently and within expected timelines
o Effective English language skills, verbal and written communications
o Effective training and work session facilitation capabilities
o Uses appropriate confidentiality
o Able to disseminate information appropriately
· Willing to work on EMEA shift
EXPERIENCE
· Minimum two years either in Finance, Sales, and Services within or outside of Lexmark
