In this internship, you will join Resmed’s Product Development team in Dublin, where technology and patient care come together to change lives. Our team blends engineering, science, and creativity to advance solutions that help people sleep, breathe, and live better. As part of a global leader in connected devices and digital health, you’ll contribute to meaningful projects that support the treatment of sleep apnoea, COPD, and other chronic respiratory conditions affecting millions worldwide.


You will be surrounded by technologists, biomedical engineers, and software innovators who care deeply about improving quality of life. Every idea matters here, and every project has purpose.


This six-month internship starting in January 2026 will give you hands-on experience in how teams collaborate to bring new medical technologies to market, from concept through testing and refinement.


What You’ll Do

  • Work within cross functional teams in areas from V&V, Systems, Software & Algorithm Engineering
  • Development and project management
  • Clear and concise communication of outcomes to internal / external stakeholders
  • Generate reports and keep documentation up to date
  • Develop graphs, analysis reports, and presentations
  • Provide clear recommendations based on findings from testing/research

What You Bring

  • Studying for a degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Some experience with a programming language such as Python or R
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging insights

Practical Details

  • Location: Sandyford, Dublin (onsite)
  • Duration: 6 months, starting January 2026
