About InsideOps
This is your opportunity to join Wells Fargo’s Wholesale Operations team, where you will gain a rare front line view into how the world’s largest banks run at scale.
Wholesale Operations team plays a crucial role in maintaining relationships with corporate clients and facilitating their financial needs. International Wholesale Operations is comprised of Corporate & Investment Banking Operations (CIB) and Commercial Banking Operations (CB), with employees located across 9 cities (London, Dublin, Paris, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taipei, Shanghai, Seoul and Tokyo)
The organization manages financial transactions for businesses and institutions, ensuring efficient processing of securities transactions, cash transactions and loans. The team also manage the risk management, regulatory compliance, and client service associated with these transactions.
- International CIB: Across Asia and Europe CIB Operations functions including Middle office, Transaction Reporting, Securities Operations, FCM, FX, Client Assets, Collateral Management and Client Onboarding.
- International CB: Across Asia and Europe CB Operations including Asia Trade Hub Operations (Trade Finance Logistics and Mailing, Trade Processing, Document Examination and Customer Care), Treasury Operations, Branch Operations, Client Static Data. As part of CB Operations, the Channel Distribution Finance Operations provide support to the International Commercial Distribution Finance and Asset Backed Lending Business ,including Trade Finance and Inventory Finance.

- Team Rotations: You’ll have the opportunity to experience all aspects of the ofWholesale Operations team, developing a practical understanding of business flow, controls, and process design.
- Hands-on learning: You’ll be involved in operational delivery; supporting workflow systems, identifying areas for improvement, and helping to maintain the stability and performance of our operations infrastructure.
- Exposure to leadership: Work directly with experienced managers and subject matter experts, gaining insight into how decisions are made and how large-scale operations are run effectively.
- Technical and professional development: You’ll take part in product training, business skills workshops, and regular feedback sessions to support your growth and progression.
- Global collaboration: Many of our teams operate internationally. You’ll learn to work across time zones and functions, developing communication, agility, and execution skills in a global context.

Required Qualifications:
- Completed their A-Level (or equivalent outside UK) between 2023 and September 2025
- Achieved BCC
- Attained a grade 5 in English Language GCSE and grade 5 in Maths GCSE.
- Completed their A-Level (or Leaving Certificate (Ireland) equivalent outside UK & Ireland) between 2023 and September 2025
- Achieved a distinction grade in English and Maths (Ireland)
- Achieved BCC (UK)
Desired Qualifications:
- Energetic self-starter who proactively takes initiative, remains curious and has a genuine interest in learning and growing.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Good Microsoft skills including Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Good numeric skills.
- Language skills.
